Ren is a lawyer that started practicing in 2009 in Big Law after completing undergraduate work at the University of Pittsburgh and receiving her law degree from William & Mary School of Law. In addition to practicing construction law solo, she is a certified holistic lifestyle coach by the CHEK Institute of San Diego, CA and is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer.  Her consulting and coaching required for healthy living and WorkStyles focuses on fitness, nutrition, and cultivating the mindset required for living a healthy life.   She enjoys traveling with her husband and 6-year old son, Crossfit, hiking, and softball.

Robert A. Creo, Principal, Happy Effective Lawyer, LLC

For over 40 years, Bob has found happiness in being a lawyer. However, many other lawyers are unhappy with their profession. In 2015 he started researching the science of success and happiness and began authoring the Effective Lawyer column, published bi-monthly in The Pennsylvania Lawyer. The Happy Effective Lawyer, LLC and the Effective Lawyer Institute were established to help all lawyers experience this same sense of joy and career fulfillment. He is an Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University School of Law.


Bob is a mediator, arbitrator, and educator. He has served over 5,000 days as a neutral and lead negotiator in thousands of complex disputes. Among other high profile assignments, he has served as a neutral for the Court of Arbitration for Sports since 1996. He is the author of numerous publication and a frequent presenter at professional conferences. He earned a JD at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1977 and a BA at Brandeis University in 1974.

Emily is the owner and founder of Power Center Coaching. Formerly an attorney specializing in family law, Emily realized that she was particularly gifted at the coaching and counseling aspects of her law practice. Emily obtained her Professional Coaching Certificate through Duquesne University's Palumbo Donahue School of Business, a program that is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. 

Emily is skilled at listening without judgment, asking powerful questions, and helping people become happier, more fulfilled, and more productive versions of themselves. Emily has a particular interest in Mind Over Alcohol and offers the innovative 30-Day Sober PowerGroup Program.
